1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and MuseX. By connecting a wallet, creating an account, or using the platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MuseX.
2. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use MuseX. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement, that you are not barred under any applicable sanctions or laws, and that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. We may require age and identity confirmation at any time.
3. What MuseX is — and isn't
MuseX is a consent-first access marketplace. Creator tokens are access keys, not investments or securities. Holding a token may unlock community features, tiers, and eligibility for Creator-curated, consent-first experiences. MuseX makes no promise of profit, token price, liquidity, romantic outcome, or any specific experience. Nothing on MuseX is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Access is earned; consent is never purchased.
4. Consent & safety (non-negotiable)
Every experience is voluntary and Creator-approved. Either party may decline, pause, or end any experience at any time, for any reason, without penalty, and MuseX may pause anything on safety grounds. Harassment, coercion, solicitation, or any attempt to purchase intimacy is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate, permanent removal and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
5. Identity & verification
Creators complete identity verification through our third-party provider before launch. A holder who reaches eligibility for an in-person experience must also complete identity verification before they can claim it. Higher-access channels (e.g. messaging, calls, video) may require additional verification — such as a connected social account — set by each Creator. You agree to provide accurate, current information and not to impersonate others.
6. Tokens, trading fees & burns
Trades settle on-chain and/or in the platform ledger. A platform trading fee applies to each buy and sell and is split between the Creator and MuseX; a Creator may share part of their portion with a support party or an ambassador who referred them. Fees and splits are disclosed at the point of each action. Claiming an experience permanently removes (burns) the spent tokens; burns are irreversible. Digital assets are volatile and may lose all value.
7. Experiences, escrow & disputes
In-person experiences are Creator-curated and take place in vetted, public settings; the #1 holder is identity-verified beforehand. (Fully supervised experiences are planned for a later phase.) Certain amounts may be held in escrow pending completion. If a dispute is raised, MuseX's Trust & Safety team reviews it and may refund or release held funds at its reasonable discretion. Burned tokens are not refundable.
8. Prohibited conduct
No illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, impersonation, scraping, or circumvention of safety controls. We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the community.
9. Compliance, AML & sanctions
You may not use MuseX if you are located in, or are a resident of, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you appear on an applicable restricted-persons list. We may take steps to comply with anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and other legal obligations, including reporting where required.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuseX and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, funds, or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified by MuseX at launch, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Specific dispute-resolution terms (including any arbitration and venue) will be set out here in the final, counsel-reviewed version.
12. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will require re-acceptance, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to comply with law. You may stop using MuseX at any time.
