Every Creator is verified
Creators complete identity verification with our verification partner before their token goes live. Profiles carry a trust badge that reflects real behavior over time — reliability, conduct, and completed experiences.
Experiences are curated and consent-first
Experiences are curated by the Creator and subject to Creator approval, safety review, and platform guidelines. In-person experiences happen in vetted public settings, and the #1 holder is identity-verified before any meetup. Holding a Creator token never guarantees romantic, physical, or private access.
Coming soon: fully supervised experiences with a trained MuseX supervisor present on-site.
Either person can say no — at any time
The Creator or the holder may decline, pause, or end any experience at any moment, for any reason, without penalty — and MuseX may pause anything on safety grounds. Declining is always free of consequence: no blame, no retaliation, no refund games on safety calls.
The winner is identity-verified too
Before anyone meets a Creator in person, they complete the same identity verification — so the Creator knows exactly who they're meeting, and our team can act on any concern. Creators can also require connected social accounts before granting calls or messages.
Boundaries are set by the Creator
Creators decide which channels exist (community, text, calls, video, experiences), what each tier requires, and when cycles run. Pausing a channel or taking time off is always one click — community and tokens are unaffected.
Report anything, anytime
Every profile and conversation carries reporting tools. Reports go straight to our Trust & Safety team, privately. Harassment, coercion, doxxing, or any attempt to purchase intimacy results in removal — and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
Disputes are handled by humans
If something goes wrong around an experience, funds connected to it are held while our team reviews. Both sides are heard. Resolutions — refunds or releases — are made by the Trust & Safety team, not by an algorithm.
What MuseX is not
MuseX is not a marketplace for dates, intimacy, or companionship. Tokens are access keys to community and curated experiences — not investments, and never a claim on a person. Anyone treating it otherwise is removed.
